The Upper Deck is a perfect place for your next beach getaway! Located near the middle of town, this 3-bedroom/2-bath condo is just a few blocks from the beach and close to Port Aransas restaurants, shops, and nightlife. The first thing you'll notice is the huge deck where you can relax and enjoy the tropical breezes. There is also a large shared breezeway and backyard for relaxing, cookouts, and games.

Upper Deck sleeps up to 8 guests and is dog-friendly subject to weight and breed limits.

The space

Inside, you'll find a spacious living room with a sleeper sofa, dining area, and a large kitchen with stainless appliances to cook the catch of the day. Down the hallway, there are two guest bedrooms with queen beds that share a full bath with a bathtub in the hallway. There is also a large master suite with a queen bed with an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a laundry closet with a full-size washer and dryer, Be sure to bring your preferred soap.

Outside, you'll find a large patio for enjoying the gulf breezes and a fenced SHARED yard that is shared by the complex for your four-legged friends to use. We've just added a shared breezeway for the complex with covered seating and a game area. It's a perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach. PLEASE NOTE: There is 24 hour surveillance in this shared area.

This property is DOG friendly. We welcome well trained dogs (no puppies) that are not labeled as "aggressive breeds" with a limit of 2 dogs with a total weight under 100 lbs. We charge a $75 pet fee per dog (covers entire stay) and ask that you pick up after them when they do their duties outside and kennel or crate them if they are left home alone. If you are bringing a dog, please message us the breed, age and weight of your dog so we can pre-approve them. For any unreported pets, guests will be charged $100.

There are two reserved parking spaces for this condo in front of the stairs and the area is marked with "UPPER DECK PARKING.' Golf carts do count as one vehicle. Any additional cars, or trailers will need to be parked off-site. If you need off-site parking, we have information of places in town that offer it.
