Located in the popular Village Walk community, it is a short drive to the beach and is close to restaurants, shopping, and other attractions. The house sleeps up to 10 guests, has garage parking for 1 car, 2 driveway spots, cable television, and wireless internet. Village Walk is a gated community and features two HEATED community pools for your enjoyment. Come surf awhile!

The space

The Surf House is completely renovated and features beach decor throughout. Enjoy the three outside sitting areas--a covered front porch to enjoy the morning breezes, a fenced yard with charcoal grill for your evening cookout, and a second-floor balcony with a peek at the ocean to catch some rays or end your day. The first floor features an open-concept kitchen/living/dining space to relax and enjoy the catch of the day. There is a reading nook and a sleeper sofa for extra guests. Down the hall you'll find a guest bedroom with a queen bed and full bath with walk-in shower. A washer/dryer is also available in the hall closet. Upstairs is the large master suite with work station. It has a king bed and opens to the balcony. The master bath features a double-vanity, separate tub, walk-in shower, and a coffee bar with a mini-fridge. Across the hall is the bunk room with bunk beds and another double bed for the kids. The bunk room has it's own full bath next to it.

There is parking for three vehicles--one in an attached garage and two driveway spaces. Trailers and boats are not allowed in this community. Additional vehicles must be parked on the street and parking can be very limited in Village Walk. Please limit yourself to three vehicles , if possible. The property is located in the "golf cart zone" and guests can use golf carts to travel to the beach, around many areas of town, and within the community.

This property is DOG friendly. We welcome well trained adult dogs (no puppies) that are not labeled as "aggressive breeds" with a limit of 2 dogs with a total weight under 100 lbs. We charge a $75 pet fee per dog (covers the entire stay) and ask that you pick up after them when they do their duties outside and kennel or crate them if they are left home alone. If you are bringing a dog, please message us the breed, age and weight of your dog so we can pre-approve them.

Other things to note

The decorative surfboards in the house are just that--for decoration. Please do not move them or attempt to use them. There are several local companies that rent surfboards and other beach equipment if you are interested.
