Plan your next vacation at the Pink Flamingo in Village Walk! This recently-remodeled 3 bedroom/2 1/2 bath home is just a few minutes from the beach by car or golf cart. Village Walk is a gated community on Eleventh Street that offers two community pools and is in the Port A "golf cart zone". The Pink Flamingo is also close to fishing, shopping, dining, and other area attractions which makes it the perfect place for your next island getaway!

The space

The Pink Flamingo has a unique floor plan that is perfect for two families travelling together or families with older children. The first floor features a large, open-concept living and dining area that is a great place for your entire group to gather. This space is open to the full kitchen with an island/breakfast bar, stainless appliances, a coffee bar, a drink bar, and plenty of storage. The master bedroom is on the first floor and has a queen bed and en-suite bath with walk-in shower. There is also a full laundry closet next to the master suite and an additional half bath downstairs. There are also two roll-away beds in the master closets for additional guests. If you need additional space, please ask about the house we manage next door which is also available.

Outside, you'll find several seating areas--including one with a fire pit overlooking the community walkway to the pool. There is also a covered porch which is a great place for your morning coffee. In the side yard, there is additional seating and a charcoal grill for your use. One of the community pools is just steps away down the walkway.

The upstairs area is accessed only by an exterior staircase in the side yard and affords privacy from the main part of the house. There you'll find another living/dining area and a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, and sink. It's a great place to get away from it all, watch a movie, or play games. Both upstairs bedrooms have queen beds, closets, and share a full bath with a tub/shower combination.

Village Walk has two community pools. They are heated in the cooler months. The community is gated and guests will receive gate code and parking passes upon arrival.

The Pink Flamingo is a dog-friendly property (subject to weight and breed restrictions). Dogs that are 100 pounds or less are welcome provided you kennel them if left alone in the house and that you clean up after them. Our cleaners charge a pet cleaning fee of $75 per dog so please let us know if you plan on bringing a pet so that we can approve their stay.

The Pink Flamingo also has a golf cart that you can rent for your stay to drive to the beach or around town. Please contact us for availability, rates, and limitations.

There are 2 parking space available in the driveway. One other car may be parked at the end of the street on a first come basis. Trailers and boats are not allowed in this community.

Guest access

Guest will be provided with a gate code. We meet guests at the property for check in to explain the amenities, HOA requirements, and answer any questions.

Other things to note

The second floor is accessed by an exterior staircase. There is no direct access to the second floor from inside the first floor.
