Below Deck is a bright and colorful efficiency condo within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and everything that Port A has to offer. With the beach only a few blocks away this is perfect for a quick getaway.

We welcome one dog with a weight of less than 50 pounds subject to weight and breed limitations. There is a $50 per dog fee to help with cleaning. We ask that you kennel your dog when left alone and pick up after them when they do their duty.

The space

Below Deck has a full bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. There is a small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker for your convenience. A wi-fi enabled smart television to stream your subscription programming and wireless internet are included with your stay.

Outside, you'll find a small patio for enjoying the gulf breezes and a fenced SHARED yard that is shared by the complex for your four-legged friends to use. We've just added a shared breezeway for the complex with covered seating and a game area. It's a perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach. PLEASE NOTE: There is 24 hour surveillance in this shared area.

There is one reserved parking space for this condo. It is parallel to the house in front of the condo, in the grass are and it is marked with "BELOW DECK PARKING." Any additional cars, or trailers will need to be parked off-site. If you need off-site parking, we have information of places in town that offer it.

There is not a washer/dryer in the unit, so please plan accordingly.

This property is DOG friendly. We welcome well trained dogs (no puppies) that are not labeled as "aggressive breeds" with a limit of 2 dogs with a total weight under 50 lbs. We charge a $25 pet fee per pet and ask that you pick up after them when they do their duties outside and kennel or crate them if they are left home alone. If you are bringing a dog, please message us the breed, age and weight of your dog so we can pre-approve them.
