The space

This rental is a spacious condominium on the third floor that sleeps up to 6 guests, has a full kitchen, a laundry closet, and great ocean views from inside and out. It has 2 bedrooms and a bonus room that serves as a second living area.

When you enter, you're greeting by a stunning view of the Gulf through the window wall in the main living room. The spacious living and dining areas are a great place for games, a movie, or just to relax after a day of fun in the sun. The dining table seats 6 and there is a small breakfast bar that seats two additional guests. The living room has a large smart television with cable and internet streaming options. There is a full sleeper sofa to accommodate additional guests. Wireless internet is included with your stay.

Off the living area is a large balcony with seating and great views of the ocean and one of the two pool areas. Watch the sun rise or end your day in the shade while checking out the fun at the pool.

Start your day with an ocean view from the primary bedroom. It has a king bed, an attached full bath with a bathtub/shower combination, a water closet, and a double vanity. Linens, towels, basic soaps, and paper products are provided. The suite has a main door and a sliding door that can be closed for privacy.

Down the hall, you'll find the full kitchen with granite counters, stainless appliances, and plenty of room to cook the catch-of-the-day. Appliances include a refrigerator, electric range, microwave, dishwasher, a drip coffee maker, and other small appliances. Basic cookware, kitchenware, soaps, and paper products are included. There is also a laundry closet with a full size washer and dryer.

The second bedroom features a king bed, a dresser, and a smart television. Across the hall is the second full bath with a bathtub/shower combination and a vanity.

The kids will love the bonus room. It has a smart television, a sofa, and can be closed off from the rest of the condo. It's a great place to play games or enjoy some quiet time. It is served by a full bath with a walk-in shower and small vanity.

From the front door, it's a short walk to the second pool area. This pool is heated in the winter and offers great sunset views. There are also two small wading pools and a hot tub. The pool area overlooks several sport courts (tennis, pickleball, and basketball are available). There are also cornhole and bocci ball courts, barbecue grills, and seating areas for a picnic or relaxation.

When you're ready for the beach, take a stroll down the beach boardwalk or drive your car or golf cart two blocks to the water.

The condo comes with one reserved parking space in the underground garage. There are additional parking spaces in the surface lot in front.

Due to HOA restrictions, no pets are allowed in the condo. Additionally, there is no smoking of any kind (including vaping) in the condo. Violations are subject to a $250 deep cleaning fee. Bringing pets of any kind will result in additional cleaning fees up to $500.
